We are here to support you throughout your yoga journey and your life journey, seven days a week. Whether you plan to join us for one yoga class, or you are committed to progressing in your daily practice, we can’t wait to help you find your strength, your power, your balance, your flexibility on and off the mat, your peace and your calmness. hot powerglow vinyasa

Hot Powerglow Vinyasa is our signature, upbeat yoga practice that gets you out of your head and back into your body. You’ll work hard to link together your movements and breath while you flow through a series of traditional yoga poses. Moreover, since the best things in life don’t come easily, we heat the room to about 98 degrees. It’s a sweaty, powerful and meditative experience that will help you turn down the noise of everyday life. Modifications and variations will be offered.

hot power hour

Hot Power Hour is the express version of our signature yoga practice. It’s for those of you that need to come in, move around and get on with your day. You can expect to dive right into a sweaty, powerful and meditative experience. Reconnect to the rhythm of your breath to find more steadiness and ease on and off your mat. When you quiet an overactive mind, you’ll feel ready to handle whatever curveballs life throws your way.

warm restorative/deep stretch yoga

The gentle flow class will lead you to a state of relaxed transformation- it is the perfect blend of vinyasa and stillness, a slower vinyasa sequence followed by gentle restorative poses. The slow flow allows you to feel the poses and transitions while calming your central nervous system. The restorative poses lead you into even deeper relaxation. You will use props to help the mind and body feel totally supported and relaxed. The room is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, and the ambiance of the studio is set with candles, dim & lighting. The class is open to all students; modifications and variations are offered to serve the needs of all experience levels. Get ready to take your practice seriously but yourself lightly as you explore your edge, discover your strengths, and awaken your spirit.

warm yin yoga

Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a more vigorous, powerful fitness routine. For those who need a mini-retreat but can’t quite get away, yin yoga helps students clear away the mental fog. You can expect fewer poses with longer holds, more floor postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. This practice is focused on releasing deeply held tension in some of the body’s tightest areas: the lower back, hips, and legs. You’ll challenge your ability to stay present and detached as the intensity of each posture continually builds. The class is open to all levels as most of the practice is done on the floor.

radiate & restore

This is a 75 minute WARM class offering a combination of gentle flow, YIN stretch, and breath work. Led by Cassandra. The perfect set up for an easeful Monday and smooth sailing into your weekend. Powerful and meditative experience that will help you turn down the noise of everyday life.

This class is heated to a cozy 75° – 80°.

mellow movement & meditation (unheated)

This class is designed to open the body with gentle, slow, and traditional yoga postures and movements. It’s a combination of postures coordinated with the breath, performed at a gentle pace which allows time to be present in each pose. After some gentle movement, the class will then transition to a restorative practice with longer holds, deeper stretches, and relaxation techniques. The class will close with a seated meditation practice designed to release mental, emotional, and physical tension, all of which will support and cultivate our capacity to be healthy, calm, aware, and fully present. Led by Teresa.

hatha mid-day refresh (unheated)

This is classical Yoga with added emphasis on breathwork. In this class you will focus on moving your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. The aim is to achieve harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. Every class places great importance on breathing and breathwork, offering specified pranayama (breathing techniques) throughout class in addition to the asanas (physical postures).
